About the Event
Join us for Autumn Uncorked, a dinner of gratitude, exclusively for our Founding Members, celebrating the release of our new fall vintages. This intimate, seated experience will begin with a tasting of all eight new release wines accompanied by a trio of chef-crafted appetizers. The evening will then unfold into a showcase of culinary artistry—a multi-course dinner created by Chef Kris Jacob. The menu will feature autumn-inspired dishes that range from delicate seafood and rich, foraged flavors to a signature game entrée and a decadent chocolate finale.
Each course has been thoughtfully paired to highlight the depth and character of this season’s wines. We hope the night inspires you to see how these wines can elevate the moments you share around your own table. We look forward to raising a glass with you as we toast to the new season and our latest vintages! Your fall wine orders will be available for pick-up during the event, and of course, you will have the opportunity to order more wine should you wish to add to your collection.
With Warmth & Gratitude,
Christina Skinner
Proprietor & Vintner
