The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is delicioius bold wine that will age nicely.
Our Backbeat is has extremely well rounded tannins with all the body a great Cabernet Sauvignon should contain. Flavors of Cocoa, leather, tobacco and vanilla, are rounded out with just enough fruit to be elegant. Some of us detect black currant, blackberry maybe just a touch of dark chocolate covered strawberry.
Pairs great with ribeye steak, new york strip and sirloin steaks. Try it with blue cheese crumbles!
