2018 - Middle "C" - Cab Franc Reserve
We LOVE this amazing wine. It is our personal favorite for a myriad of reasons. We hesistate to give you too many tasting notes on this beautifully complex wine. You have to taste and savor it to really understand how special it is. This wine truly headlines them all.
At a private chef prepared celebration meal, we found that this wine paired perfectly with a duck fat seared ribeye, served with chimmichuri and bacon-onion jam and even a light horseradish sauce. It also paired nicely with pork belly tacos and surprisingly, a salted chocolate torte! You could easily drink it with a barbecue. It complimented our families smoked brisket wonderfully.
